Meeting Agenda to Include: Approval of minutes from 3/9/26; Reports from the Leadership Team; Discussion re charitable donations for this season (to whom? how much?); Recruitment of candidates for 2026-2027 Leadership Team positions; Any other announcements members wish to share.
Program: Tour of UVA’s Pavilion (Lawn) Gardens, led by Student Docents (1:30 pm, sharp)
We will meet, greet, eat and chat at Deese Hall prior to carpooling to the University Grounds at around 1:00 p.m.
Remember to bring a brown-bag lunch to give yourself plenty of energy to keep up with the student-led tour!
We will make every effort to drop folks off close to the Lawn, and then park the cars.
This event will be “rain or shine” – but even if it’s raining hard, please plan on attending the meeting portion at 12:30!

And just FYI, we are thankful for the folks who have planned to sign up to Host, and hope you will volunteer if you haven’t already! BMGC provides the plates, utensils, napkins, and cups, and the Hostess(es) bring a light snack and maybe something to drink, planning for about 15-20 people. Easy. Fun to do as a team of two, but also often done Solo. Either way is fine! If you want to sign up, please contact list coordinator Laurie Hynes.
